Wykłada prawo autorskie na Uniwersytecie Muzycznym w Warszawie, w IP Centrum oraz na studiach podyplomowych w Collegium Civitas. Współpracuje z kancelarią Hasik Rheims i Partnerzy, która specjalizuje się prawie własności intelektualnej i ochronie reputacji. Jest jedynym w Polsce ekspertem przygotowującym integralne, muzyczno-prawne analizy porównawcze utworów muzycznych w kontekście plagiatu.  Prowadzi wykłady i szkolenia w całej Polsce.

Aleksandra has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw as well as the Faculty of Choir Conducting of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. She is the author of a book titled "A Musical Work as an Object of Copyright Law" (C.H. Beck, 2020) and "Copyright Law in Music" (Chopin University Press, 2014). Scientific editor and co-author of "Copyright in Institutions of Culture" (C.H. Beck, 2019). Aleksandra is also a co-author of the Commentary to the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights (ed. A. Michalak, C.H. Beck, 2019) and the music law blog prawomuzyki.pl. She gives lectures on copyright law at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music, the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, and at the Collegium Civitas postgraduate studies. She works with the Hasik Rheims and Partners law firm, which specialises in IP law and protection of reputation. Aleksandra is the only expert in Poland who provides her clients with integral, pertaining both to music and law, comparative legal analyses of musical work in the context of plagiarism. She gives lectures and conducts trainings all over Poland.​
