Dyrektor Centrum Informacji o Ochronie Własności Przemysłowej w Urzędzie Patentowym RP. Z wykształcenia manager, ukończyła studia magisterskie na kierunku ekonomii w zakresie organizacji i zarządzania. W latach 1995-2004 pracowała dla AmRest Holdings SE jako specjalista w dziale reklamy, następnie manager w dziale obsługi klienta. Od 2004 r. pracuje w Urzędzie Patentowym RP jako pracownik korpusu służby cywilnej. Ukończyła studia podyplomowe w zakresie Prawa Własności Intelektualnej. Od 2016 r. pełni funkcję dyrektora Centrum Informacji o Ochronie Własności Przemysłowej. Współinicjatorka oraz główny manager projektu IP Info Center w ramach POIG, z zaawansowanymi i rozbudowanymi obszarami CC (Contact Center) oraz CRM (Customer Relations Management). Jako przedstawiciel Urzędu bierze również udział w pracach nad następującymi projektami: Pojedynczy Punkt Kontaktowy,  Obywatel – „Informacja dla obywatela”, Budżet Zadaniowy, Anti-Scam Network w ramach współpracy z EUIPO.

Director of Information Centre on the Protection of Industrial Property in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Maria is a manager by profession. She graduated with a degree in economics, in business administration and management. In the years 1995-2004 she worked for AmRest Holdings SE as a specialist in Advertising Department, then a manager in Customer Service Department. Since 2004 she has worked in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland as a civil servant. She completed postdoctoral studies on intellectual property law. Since 2016 the Director of Information Centre in the Polish Patent Office. She is also co-initiator and manager of IP Info Centre project within the Innovative Economy Operational Programme (POIG), with advanced and developed CC (Contact Centre) and CRM (Customer Relations Management). As a representative of the Patent Office she has been involved in the work on the following projects: Single Contact Point, Citizen – “information for a citizen”, Activity-based Budget, Anti-Scam Network within the cooperation with the EUIPO.
