Dyrektor Generalna Związku Rzemiosła Polskiego. Od początku kariery zawodowej, którą rozpoczęła w Fundacji Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw w Warszawie, zaangażowana w rozwój rzemiosła i sektora MŚP. Ze Związkiem Rzemiosła Polskiego związana jest od 1998 roku, gdzie kierowała pracą kilku Zespołów Biura Związku oraz pełniła funkcje m.in. doradcy prezesa ds. współpracy z zagranicą oraz zastępcy dyrektora generalnego. Absolwentka Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, ukończyła studia podyplomowe z zarządzania i marketingu, zarządzania środkami UE, ewaluacji projektów unijnych oraz dialogu społecznego. Jest Członkiem Komitetu Dialogu Społecznego UE (od 2001 r.) i Komitetu ds. Społecznych SMEunited. Mediator wpisana na listę prowadzoną przez ministra właściwego ds. pracy.

Since the beginning of her professional career, which she started at the Foundation for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Warsaw, she has been involved in the development of crafts and the SME sector. She has been involved with the Polish Craft Association since 1998, where she managed the work of several teams at the Association's office and served as, among others, advisor to the president on international cooperation and deputy director general. A graduate of the University of Warsaw, she completed postgraduate studies in management and marketing, EU fund management, EU project evaluation and social dialogue. Member of the EU Social Dialogue Committee (since 2001) and the SMEunited Social Committee. Mediator registered in the list maintained by the minister responsible for labour.
