Promotorka designu, inicjatorka i dyrektorka Zamku Cieszyn (w latach 2005 -2021), pierwszego regionalnego centrum dizajnu w Polsce Zwolenniczka praktycznego działania i współpracy. Współtworzyła m.in. Sląską Sieć na Rzecz Wzornictwa, konkurs Śląska Rzecz, przegląd Graduation Projects czy cykl warsztatów Dizajn u źródeł. Zawsze łączyła różne rodzaje ludzkiej aktywności, nie tylko gospodarkę i sektor publiczny, ale także społeczne innowacje i rzemiosło. Spoiwem jest design. Aktywna uczestniczka wielu europejskich sieci, w tym SEE Platform, DME Award, Human Cities i EIDD Design for All. Tej ostatniej organizacji, działającej na rzecz poprawy jakości życia poprzez wdrażanie idei projektowania dla wszystkich, przewodniczyła w latach 2013-2017. Od 2023 r. wiceprezes zarządu Stowarzyszenia Projektowego SPFP.

A design promoter, co-founder and director (2005 - 2021) of Zamek Cieszyn, the first regional design center in Poland. A proponent of practical action and collaboration, she co-founded initiatives such as the Silesian Network for Design, the Śląska Rzecz competition, the Graduation Projects review, and the Design at the source series of workshops. She has always connected different fields of human activities, not only business and public sector but also social innovation and craft. An active participant in numerous European networks, including the SEE Platform, DME Award, Human Cities, and EIDD Design for All. She chaired the latter organization, which works to improve the quality of life by implementing the concept of design for all, from 2013 to 2017. Since 2023, she has been vice-president of the board of the SPFP Design Association.
