Mistrz złotnictwa i rzemiosła artystycznego, odkrywca krzemienia pasiastego, związany z Sandomierzem. Obok biżuterii artystycznej, wykonuje małe formy rzeźbiarskie i przedmioty sztuki użytkowej. Jako pasjonat krzemienia pasiastego w 1972 r. wprowadził ten kamień do polskiej, jak i światowej biżuterii. Jest pomysłodawcą i współorganizatorem (z Muzeum Okręgowym w Sandomierzu) warsztatów złotniczych pn. Krzemień Pasiasty - kamień optymizmu. Od 1993 r. jest Członkiem Stowarzyszenia Twórców Form Złotniczych, (STFZ). Pan Cezary Łutowicz jest pomysłodawcą nazwania Sandomierza „Światową Stolicą Krzemienia Pasiastego” oraz współautorem Festiwalu Krzemienia Pasiastego. Był uczestnikiem kilkudziesięciu wystaw zbiorowych, w tym 20 indywidualnych, m.in. w Europie oraz Azji (Indie, Chiny). Prace projektanta znajdują się w muzeach w Polsce, w zbiorach Watykanu, w kolekcji Galerii Sztuki w Legnicy, w kolekcji Magdaleny Kwiatkiewicz (Galeria Yes). Jest autorem projektu i wykonawcą łańcucha ceremonialnego burmistrza miasta Sandomierza. W chwilach wolnych lubi spędzać czas w ogrodzie, słuchać muzykę jazzową, fotografować, jest członkiem ZPAF.

Born in 1944 in Białystok, Poland. A goldsmith based in Sandomierz. He creates not only artistic jewellery but also small sculptural forms and functional art objects. Professionally active since 1972 as a master goldsmith, he introduced the striped flint (krzemień pasiasty) to both Polish and international jewellery in the same year. He worked as a jewellery designer in Vienna for two years. He is initiator and co-organizer, together with the Regional Museum in Sandomierz, of goldsmithing workshops entitled Striped Flint – the Stone of Optimism. Since 1993, member of the Polish Society of Goldsmiths and Jewellers (STFZ). He proposed naming Sandomierz the “World Capital of Striped Flint” and has been actively working to promote the idea. He is also a co-creator of the Striped Flint Festival – the Stone of Optimism. A passionate advocate of striped flint. Author of over 20 individual exhibitions, participant in dozens of group exhibitions. His jewellery featuring striped flint has been exhibited in numerous cities across Europe and Asia, including India and China. He has received multiple awards for his work. His pieces are held in seven Polish museums, three works are part of the Vatican collections, one in the international collection of the Legnica Art Gallery, and several others in the collection of Magdalena Kwiatkiewicz (Galeria Yes). Author of the design and creator of the ceremonial chain of the Mayor of Sandomierz. His interests include gardening, jazz, and photography. He is a member of the Association of Polish Art Photographers (ZPAF).
