Zastępca Dyrektora w Departamencie Analiz i Strategii w Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości, gdzie koordynuje między innymi projekt inno_LAB, w którym testowane i projektowane są nowe instrumenty wsparcia dla przedsiębiorców, badane są trendy rozwojowe i ekosystemy innowacji w Europie i na świecie, prowadzone są programy edukacyjne dla instytucji publicznych oraz działania animacyjne dla przedsiębiorców, administracji i naukowców. Z funduszami europejskimi i Polską Agencją Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości związana od 2000 r. Zajmowała się programowaniem, kontraktowaniem i rozliczaniem takich programów jak Phare (zaczynając od Phare 99) SPO WKP, PO IG, PO IR. Projektowała i wdrażała instrumenty dla przedsiębiorców w zakresie wsparcia prac badawczo-rozwojowych, inwestycji, działań nakierowanych na rozwój poprzez wzornictwo. Absolwentka Międzynarodowych Stosunków Gospodarczych i Politycznych Szkoły Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie.

Deputy Director of the Analysis and Strategy Department at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. She coordinates, among others, the inno_LAB project, in which new tools of support for entrepreneurs are tested and designed, new trends and innovation ecosystems are examined in Europe and worldwide, and where educational programs for public institutions as well as animation activities for entrepreneurs, public servants and scientists are conducted. She has been working with European funds and in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development since 2000. Izabela has been involved in programming, contracting and clearance of such programmes as the Phare (starting with Phare 99), the Sectoral Operational Programme - Improvement of Competitiveness of Enterprises (SPO WKP), the Operational Programme - Innovative Economy (PO IG), and the Smart Growth Operational Programme (PO IR). She designed and implemented tools intended for entrepreneurs with respect to research and investment support as well as development-oriented activities focused on design. She is a graduate of International Economic and Political Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics.
