W latach 2001-2009 analityk biznesowy i koordynator komercjalizacji w Uniwersytecie Stanu Illinois w Chicago. W 2011 związała się z Poznańskim Parkiem Naukowo-Technologicznym, gdzie jako kierownik Działu Transferu Technologii wspierała klientów akademickich i biznesowych w praktycznym wdrażaniu innowacji, inkubacji biznesu opartego na wiedzy i internacjonalizacji firm. W latach 2017-2021 objęła stanowisko Zastępcy Dyrektora PPNT i Członka Zarządu Fundacji UAM odpowiedzialnego za zarządzanie własnością intelektualną, komercjalizację, stosunki międzynarodowe i inkubację firm. Od 2021 Menedżer Inkubacji w projekcie MRiT Strefa Pomysłodawcy - Wsparcie 4.0. Członek komitetów inwestycyjnych m.in. w PPNT, UMK, Parku Naukowo-Technologicznym w Ełku i Olsztynie. Posiada bogate doświadczenie w zarządzaniu pracą zespołów oraz w sferze rozwoju biznesu. Zdobyła tytuł Magistra Ekonomii Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Poznaniu oraz tytuł MBA Uniwersytetu Illinois w Chicago.
