She currently also serves as the Creative Director at The True Green, where she co-develops the innovative material The True Green - Hemp Lumber from annual plants. Her team is involved in designing furniture, industrial products, and medical equipment. Jadwiga is a graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Forms at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, where she currently serves as a consultant. She also studied design at the Lahti Institute of Design in Finland and at MOME in Budapest. Her contributions to the development of design have been recognized by the UNDP, which honored her with the title of "Angel of Social Economy" for supporting the development of the WellDone brand and the Fundacja Być Razem.
