Maja Ganszyniec jest projektantką z kompleksowym podejściem do procesu projektowania. Urodzona na Śląsku, studiowała architekturę wnętrz na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Krakowie, a następnie ukończyła studia projektowe na Royal College of Art w Londynie w 2008 roku. W 2013 roku założyła Studio Ganszyniec, skupiając się na obiektach zorientowanych na człowieka i przyjaznych naturze. W swojej praktyce łączy projektowanie, które jest zarówno wizjonerskie, jak i odpowiedzialne - zawsze szuka nowych możliwości w granicach myślenia strategicznego. Przez ostatnią dekadę współpracowała z markami takimi jak IKEA, Comforty czy Noti. W 2017 roku polski Instytut Wzornictwa Przemysłowego przyznał jej tytuł Projektanta Roku. Ostatnio została powołana na stanowisko dyrektora kreatywnego Profim - wiodącego producenta mebli biurowych w Polsce i jednej z marek skandynawskiej grupy Flokk. Jest także właścicielem i założycielką niezależnej marki meblowej Nurt.

Maja Ganszyniec is a designer with a comprehensive approach to the design process. Born in Poland, she studied interior architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow before graduating in Design product at the Royal College of Art In London in 2008.  In 2013 she established Studio Ganszyniec, focusing on human oriented and nature friendly objects. In her practice she combines design that is both visionary and responsible - always looking for new opportunities within the limits of strategic thinking. For the last decade she has collaborated with brands like IKEA, Comforty or Noti. In 2017 the Polish Institute of Industrial Design awarded her with the Designer of the Year title. Recently, she was appointed as the Creative Director of Profim – leading office furniture manufacturer in Poland and one of brands of the Scandinavian Flokk Group. She is also the owner and founder of an independent furniture brand Nurt.
