Jako Dyrektor ds. Transformacji Biznesowej odpowiada w Grupie LUX MED za obszar cyfrowej transformacji modelu opieki medycznej oraz innowacje zewnętrzne. Prowadzone projekty dotyczą w szczególności telemedycyny, koordynacji opieki, standardów interoperacyjności oraz walidacji rozwiązań wykorzystujących zaawansowane technologie przetwarzania danych, w tym algorytmy uczenia maszynowego.

Wcześniej w roli CIO Grupy LUX MED zarządzał obszarem IT obejmującym rozwój oprogramowania, utrzymanie systemów, bezpieczeństwo informacji oraz Biuro Projektów. Nadzorował główne projekty IT m.in. budowę głównego systemu medycznego Grupy (wdrożenie w 2014 r.) oraz projekt integracji systemów i migracji danych w trakcie integracji spółek LUX MED, CM LIM, Medycyna Rodzinna i Promedis (2009 r.).

Szeroko zaangażowany w działalność organizacji branżowych na rzecz cyfrowej transformacji polskiego sektora zdrowotnego. Aktualnie przedstawiciel Związku Pracodawców RP w Radzie ds. Interoperacyjności, przewodniczący Forów IT i Telemedycyny w Związku Pracodawców Medycyny Prywatnej, przewodniczący Rady Programowej Polskiego Stowarzyszenia HL7, wiceprezes zarządu fundacji Telemedyczna Grupa Robocza, przedstawiciel Grupy LUX MED w Polskiej Izbie Informatyki Medycznej.

Z wykształcenia lekarz, absolwent Warszawskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego, specjalista chorób wewnętrznych, w latach 1995-2000 pracował jako lekarz i nauczyciel akademicki w Katedrze i Klinice Chorób Wewnętrznych WUM.

Business Transformation Director for the LUX MED Group. Andrzej Osuch is a physician by education and a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw, as well as a specialist in internal diseases. From 1995 to 2000, he worked as a doctor and academic teacher at the Department and Clinic of Internal Medicine of the Medical University of Warsaw.

However, as the current Director of Business Transformation for the LUX MED Group, Andrzej is responsible for the digital transformation of the medical care model and external innovations. His ongoing projects focus specifically on telemedicine, care coordination, interoperability standards and the validation of solutions using advanced data processing technologies, including machine learning algorithms.

Previously, as the CIO of the LUX MED Group, he managed the IT department, including software development, system maintenance, information security and the Project Office. He supervised major IT projects, including construction of the main medical system of the Group (which was implemented in 2014) and a project of system integration and data migration during the integration of LUX MED, CM LIM, Medycyna Rodzinna and Promedis (2009).

He is widely involved in the activities of industry organizations for the digital transformation of the Polish health sector. Currently, he is a representative of the Employers' Union of the Republic of Poland in the Interoperability Council, chairman of IT and Telemedicine Forums in the Association of Private Medicine Employers, chairman of the Program Council of the Polish HL7 Association, vice president of the board of the Telemedyczna Working Group foundation and a representative of the LUX MED Group in the Polish Chamber of Medical Information.
