Dyrektor Departamentu do spraw Obsługi Klienta w EUIPO (Urząd Unii Europejskiej ds. Własności Intelektualnej). Urodziła się w Niemczech, jest absolwentką kierunku telekomunikacja na Uniwersytecie w Trewirze. Po uzyskaniu dyplomu i krótkim okresie zatrudnienia w Centrum Projektowym HP we Frankfurcie, otrzymała etat w Europejskim Stowarzyszeniu Satelitarnym w Luksemburgu, gdzie pracowała przez 6 lat w dziale zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem i projektami. W 1998 r. rozpoczęła pracę w EUIPO, a od 2010 r. jest członkiem biura zarządu piastując różne funkcje, takie jak: kierownik ds. obsługi kontaktów z instytucjami, zastępca dyrektora Departamentu do spraw Obsługi Klienta, kierownik Centrum Analiz Biznesowych. Obecnie jest dyrektorem w Departamencie do spraw Obsługi Klienta, gdzie kieruje procesem zmian ukierunkowanych na klienta inkorporując opinie i uwagi od klientów do nowych narzędzi EUIPO oraz do procesu komunikacji z klientem. Od 2018 r. Inge kieruje działaniami EUIPO poświęconymi małym i średnim przedsiębiorstwom, których zwieńczeniem będzie rozpoczęcie 5 letniego powszechnego Programu dla Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw nakierowanego na dotarcie do europejskich mśp z informacją o własności przemysłowej i jej ochronie.

Director of the Customer Department at the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). Born in Germany, Inge graduated as a Telecommunications engineer from the University of Trier. After her thesis and some time working in the Project Centre for HP in Frankfurt, she joined the Société Européenne des Satellites in Luxemburg where she worked for six years in Business Administration and Project Management. In 1998 she joined the EUIPO and has been part of the Office’s management team since 2010, holding various positions such as Head of the Institutional Relations Service, Deputy Director of the Customer Service Department, Head of the Business Analysis Service and her current role as Director of the Customer Department where she drives the customer focused evolution incorporating data driven customer feedback to EUIPO solutions and customer communication. Since 2018 Inge has led EUIPO’s SME focused activity, which is about to culminate in the launch of the 5-year Office-wide SME Programme, the objective of which is to get IP information and protection to European SMEs.
