Bożena Gargas jest absolwentką Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie  ze specjalizacją towaroznawstwo przemysłowe,  studiów podyplomowych w Szkole Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie na Wydziale Handlu Zagranicznego, studiów podyplomowych z zakresu zarządzania nieruchomościami w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego, potwierdzonych licencją zawodową. Posiada dyplom The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) z rachunkowości i finansów. Ukończyła kurs maklerski w zakresie publicznego obrotu papierami wartościowymi. Była menadżerem w firmach finansowych i produkcyjnych a także konsultantem w zakresie finansowania inwestycji. Od  2012 r. jest Prezesem Instytutu Wzornictwa Przemysłowego  Sp. z o.o.(IWP).

Bożena Gargas is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics with a major in Industrial Commodity Science, of Postgraduate Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics at the Faculty of Foreign Trade, as well as Postgraduate Studies in the scope of Real Estate Management at the Kozminski University, confirmed by a professional license. She also holds the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification in Accounting and Finance. She has completed a course for future brokers in public trading in securities. Previously, she has held the positions of a manager at finance and production companies, as well as a consultant in the field of investment financing. Since 2012 she has been the President of the Institute of Industrial Design.
