Na stanowisko Zastępcy Prezesa powołany 27 stycznia 2020 roku.Doktor nauk społecznych, absolwent Wydziału Dziennikarstwa i Nauk Politycznych Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (specjalizacja administracja publiczna). W latach 2016-2020 zastępca dyrektora Departamentu Promocji i Wspierania Innowacyjności w Urzędzie Patentowym RP, gdzie odpowiadał za realizację przedsięwzięć i projektów systemowych oraz opracowywanie materiałów mających na celu upowszechnianie wiedzy o własności intelektualnej. Autor kilkunastu publikacji z zakresu systemów politycznych (dotyczących m. in. funkcjonowania rządów mniejszościowych w III Rzeczypospolitej, instytucji weta ustawodawczego, dylematów wokół większości parlamentarnej, a także współautor tłumaczenia Konstytucji Kenii), jak również ochrony własności intelektualnej (zarządzanie IP, prawo autorskie w szkolnictwie wyższym, zagadnienia komercjalizacji i transferu technologii).Prowadził liczne szkolenia oraz zajęcia na studiach podyplomowych adresowane do różnych środowisk, w tym pracowników naukowych i przedsiębiorców, na temat ochrony i zarządzania dobrami niematerialnymi w organizacji. Od 2013 roku wykładowca w Instytucie Nauk o Polityce i Administracji Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie. Słuchacz kursu "Studium Wiedzy Biblijnej i Teologicznej” na Wydziale Teologicznym UKSW. Interesuje się duchowością i życiem św. Ignacego Loyoli.
